Hello Jason,
A like to keep an eye on scheduled backyups to see what is uploaded/deleted/etc. but this isn't possible with the present version of Yummy sFTP (or I overlooked it).
Q) Is there any chance that a new release will have a log file function ?
(preferable with options what to log or not).

This is definitely coming, yes. There have been many requests for such a capability.
