The only reason I bought this software was for the bandwidth throttling -- sharing an Internet connection with roommates and being able to control how much bandwidth I'm taking up is critical.
My only suggestion would be the ability do some sort of schedule -- for example, I'm actually uploading -- not downloading -- and during the day I have it set to 30kbs -- but overnight or in the early morning, when no on else is using the connection, I could shut off the throttling (or set it up way high) since it doesn't matter if I'm taking over the entire connection.
