Syncing - Host on GMT?

When I attempt to sync the folder on my computer with my iWeb site to GoDaddy's hosting, it appears as if they are on GMT/UTC time - so when I try to sync, everything gets uploaded every time.

It works fine - but is there a quicker way to sunc with them?

I apologize for the weirdness of these questions ... only been on the 'Net for about 25 years ... (grin)

It is only a ONE HOUR time difference - they are in Arizona.

In the Sync Setup window there is a Time Offset setting, where you can manually enter the time difference. However, I would recommend to enable the 'auto detect' checkbox as this will set the difference automatically and should the difference change it will detect it automatically too. With the correct time offset applied the server items will appear in the same time zone as you.
