How to upload files to correct directory in server

I have 2 domains. The first loaded without a hitch (beginners luck).

The second loaded but not to the correct directory in Public_html.

Now i want to know how  I can select the correct server directory before it uploads?

Yummy works in the same way as the Finder in Mac OS X, so :

1. Click on the item you wish to upload and drag it onto the the folder you wish to transfer it to, so that it becomes hilited, then release the mouse.

2. Double click the server folder that you wish the upload to go to, then select the item to upload and then click the Upload button.
