Unable to edit several files

For a few files on the server I am connecting to, when I double click in order to edit the file I get an error message which I have taken a screen shot of, so as not to have to type it all out.

I went ahead and checked that destination on my machine with the terminal, and everything seems to look okay. I also checked the server itself, to make sure that nothing was kinky on that side of the fence.

This is a known, but very rare problem, and the good news is that I've fixed it in the latest build.
