Although I can't be sure yet (I have to do more testing) I think there might be a certain time of day where synchronization is failing to notice changes, and this is related to the fact that the server is 8 hours ahead of you. The 16:02 update is the one where the sync is failing, and it just so happens that 8 hours ahead of this makes the server time as being the following day.
To see if this theory is correct, please leave Yummy running after the failure time to see if it starts uploading again at the one of the next updates.
Additionally, since the FTP Transcript is very useful, please select the 'Enable diagnostics' checkbox in your Synchronize options window. When the failure occurs, I'd like to see the transcript again. The diagnostics output included in the transcript will be useful.
As a side note, to adjust an existing schedule, simply click on the scheduled sync item in the queue drawer, then click the clock icon. This will show the schedule already set up.
