"Waiting for connection to get file list..."

I have successfully connected to four sites.  However, there is another site that just doesn't want to work.  Here's the messages I get:

Connecting to server
Fetching file/folder listing... (Item "Root Directory")
Waiting for connection to get file list... (Item "Root Directory")
Fetching file/folder listing... (Item "Root Directory")
Waiting for connection to get file list... (Item "Root Directory")
[messages continue to alternate between "fetching" and "waiting".

I am able to connect to that site using another FTP program, so I'm hoping it's just a setting I am missing.  Can anyone help me?

Try un-checking the 'Resolve symlinks' checkbox in the Server Options panel of the Preferences, then click Save

If that makes no difference, select 'Save FTP Transcript' from the File menu and send me the resulting file. I will be able to see what's happening and give you the proper solution. Send the file to:
