Files in que disappear after restarting program

I have several files in my upload que. When I restart Yummy FTP, I don't see them in the que anymore. I don't experience this kind of behavior when I use Cyberduck. If I restart Cyberduck, the files are still in the que ready to continue uploading. In Yummy FTP, I have to manually re add the files to the que to upload.

Is there a way to keep files that I am in the middle of uploading in the que even after a restart of the program?
