Synchronization report ?

Hello,

I am French, want excuse me for the translation.

I would wish to use to synchronize it in Yummy ftp and I would wish to program it. My problem: I would wish to have a report of synchronization in textual file for example. Is this possible?

Hi! Your translation is good

Currently there is no direct way to do this, but I plan to add a logging feature for a future version, which would provide what you're looking for.

At the moment, the only options you have are:

a) The FTP Transcript

1. In the Synchronize window, check the 'Enable diagnostics' option
2. Perform the synchronization
3. Select 'Save FTP Transcript' from the File menu

The resulting text file will contain entries describing what needed to be transferred and why, plus a log of the interactions between the server and Yummy.

b) Growl notifications by email

If you install Growl (www.growl.info) and use the Mail Me option, the Synchronization report will be emailed to you in text.

I hope these options are sufficient.

Using can Growl, if I have understood, it send to me a mall of the report/ratio displayed by Yummy ftp? I have already Growl, but I do not find the function Mail Me? How to activate it? and or to activate it?

The picture I attached shows the MailMe style. You must enter the email address to send the email messages.

You must then visit the  Applications tab, double click Yummy FTP, then click Notifications. Choose the 'Synchronization completed' notification from the Notification menu and select 'Mail Me' from the Display Style menu.
