Automatic file upload

Hi,

is there a way, perhaps with Automator or with an Apple script, to upload the selected file(s) in Finder to the folder Yummy currently is? This way one could avoid using the mouse and it would be very helpful!

I have attached an Automator work flow which will do exactly that :)
