Bookmarks do not work

I replaced hard drive on the Mac OS X Server and reinstalled OS and Yummy ftp. Then I restored from the backup drive yummy folder from library preferences and keychain file that's located in the library. I see complete list of bookmarks in Yummy FTP but when I call them up from the menu I get a new connection window with nothing filled in. I checked the folder and file permissions and they have read/write permission. Anything I'm missing?

I suspect your backup system doesn't actually back up all your data. Mac-specific meta data is almost always not supported by backup systems unless they are specifically designed for the Mac.
