Bandwidth Control per Bookmark
« on: August 05, 2009, 10:17:25 PM »
Sorry if this has already been discussed, I gave the forum a search and went through a few discussion pages but I couldn't seem to find an existing topic....if there is one, forgive my blindness. :)

I just thought I would request if a future version would/could have per bookmark bandwidth control.

*I swear I remember this being talked about before...*

Thanks for listening!

No, there isn't such a capability, I'm afraid - the setting is global.

There would be a fair bit of re-organization internally for a per-Bookmark setting to happen, but I'll certainly consider it for a future version.

Having said that, I wonder what the value would really be. Why do you need it?

I manage quite a few sites and personal FTP servers. I would like to restrict various uploading/downloading from these differently. I do tend to work on various things at the same time.

Thanks for the reply JD, I figured it wouldn't be an easy task to work it in there, but I do hope for it all the same. :)
