Synching error

Not sure if this is a Yummy problem a hosting problem or stupidity on my part. Everytime I attempt to perform an "Update Mac" synch I get the following error which I have attached as a screenshot. All my files are either 755 or 644 for permissions.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you check that the file on your Mac, as shown in the alert, is actually present and that you can open it with, for example, a text editor?

I'm fairly certain I've run into this before.  It typically happened when I'll update a file locally, and attempt to upload the file without refreshing the local view first.  Since upgrading to v1.1.5 I haven't had this issue at all..
