By default Yummy FTP uses multiple connections to speed up transfers and the number of simultaneous connections is set to 5. If you tried to open another connection or make another transfer then you would get this message from the server.
So, all in all, this is just a limitation of your server and not a problem with Yummy FTP as far as I can tell.
