Title: Problems with Windows 2003 server Post by: watershed on November 07, 2006, 06:08:59 AM Yummy FTP is GREAT (i've been using it very happily for nearly 2 years), BUT...
I have a connection to a Windows 2003 server via an IP based URL. Whilst I can connect, I cannot work on more than one file at a time or delete files or directories. There is no issue with the permissions for my login as a demo download of BulletProof FTP (although very slow) handles whatever transactions I need on as many files as I want at a time. I note that the server detection options in Yummy FTP do not include an explicit option for Windows 2003. Could this be the source of my problem? In which case, is there a fix? It sounds to me from your description that the server itself limits you to a single connection. You should therefore enable the 'Only use one connection' checkbox in the Advanced Options tab of your Bookmark settings. Make sure you're using v1.5.2 of Yummy too :) Let me know how it goes.
