Title: Beta Auto Updates Post by: artimeg on December 04, 2007, 10:28:47 PM I saw that beta updates will no longer be pushed out through auto update. Would it be possible to have a checkbox, unchecked by default, that said include Beta's in update check, or something along those lines.

The option to exclude betas is going to be On by default. It probably makes sense that the betas are only presented if the users knowingly opts in.

The next update will include the new 'beta' option, so from then on you can choose whether or not to receive the beta notices.
