Title: Menu navigation with keyboard Post by: Andreas on October 31, 2005, 08:42:34 AM Hi there!
Thanks for the greatest MacOS X FTP client ever (I mentioned it before, but just have to say it again...)! :) There's only one little thing that might be a Bug. I've a lot of bookmarks, and just typing the first few letters on the keyboard (and therefore jumping to the right bookmark) saves me some time. But that works only when no window (ftp connection or bookmark listing) is open. I suspect that's because you're catching the keys to enable that jumping feature in the list view. Any chance to change that behaviour, so that keys get recognized for menu navigation even when there's already an open window? Welcome to the forum, and thank you for your kind words about Yummy FTP :) It's never been reported before, but what you've described does indeed sound like a little bug. Your suspicion is probably correct about the type-ahead feature of the FTP Browser window grabbing the key events before the menu can get to process them. I'll look into it - thanks for brining it to my attention. -Jason Title: Re: Menu navigation with keyboard Post by: JD on November 10, 2005, 06:01:11 PM This problem has now been corrected in the latest build.
