Hi,
I have two machines, the old one running Tiger and the new one running Leopard.
I have copied over the YummyFTP folder in the Prefs directory and the com.yummysoftware-yummyftp.plist from one machine to the other and when I run the program, my bookmarks which are in folders won't open up. The folders don't open actually.
I was using version 1.5.2 and did the copy over to version 1.7.2. Didn't work. I've also upgraded the version on the old machine to 1.7.2 so now they are both at the same version and it still doesn't work.
Thanking you.

If you look in the Finder at the Prefs folder you copied over, and look inside the Bookmarks folder, do the Yummy FTP Bookmark files have the correct icon or are they blank icons?
If the icons are blank you have not transferred the folder over successfully. You should select 'Create Archive' from the File menu in the Finder on the original machine, then copy across the resulting zip file. Unpack the zip file on the destination Mac by double clicking it, then install the Prefs folder again.

Thanks for the help. It seems that coping the files individually over and then putting them in Prefs directory didn't keep the @ bit on the permissions. This time I tared up the directory and ported it over as you suggested and it works.
Thanks.
