Title: Lost Program
Post by: mandapanda on July 25, 2009, 12:41:46 PM
I don't know what to do. I purchased Yummy FTP legally over 2 years ago. My hard drive fried and I lost the program and the original .dmg that came in my email is no longer there. I do not know how to even get it back from the company because I have no confirmation numbers or anything... do i have to purchase it again or is there a restore my info????

For a small fee of US $92.50 I can help you out.  ;D

Seriously, our masterful Yummy FTP leader is currently on holiday so it may be a few days before he can help you out but I'm sure he'll try to do just that. In the mean time, just visit NO LINKS ALLOWEDNO LINKS ALLOWEDyummysoftwareNO LINKS ALLOWED/ and download the trial software. Once you have your license straightened out you'll just set it and you're done.

For the software, simply download the latest release version (1.7.2) from :

NO LINKS ALLOWEDNO LINKS ALLOWEDyummysoftwareNO LINKS ALLOWED/download

or you can use the latest beta build here :

NO LINKS ALLOWEDNO LINKS ALLOWEDyummysoftwareNO LINKS ALLOWED/beta/latest/YummyFTP.dmg

The latest beta has a Lost Info button in the 'enter serial number' input window, which will send you to the eSellerate after sales support system, where you can input your email address to retrieve your order history and registration details.

Alternatively, send your email address and name to support at yummysoftware dot com and I'll look up the registration information from my records.
