Deleting Connections
« on: January 19, 2009, 05:21:11 PM »

Hi there,

I tried to search the archives but didn't find anything on this topic.  I accidentally entered a connection incorrectly and need to delete it, but can't figure out how to do so.  There is a delete option under the file menu, but it stays greyed out no matter what I do.

Help!

Thanks in advance!

Select 'Show All Bookmarks' from the Bookmarks menu, then from the window that appears select your Bookmark, then click the Trash icon in the toolbar

Thanks for the speedy reply.  It wasn't book marks I was trying to delete, but apparently "recent connections."  I've been using the drop down on the connection panel.  Now they are all gone, which is sad, but I can re enter them and use the book marks in the future.

Thanks again!

Ah, the Recent Connections menu cannot be edited. But you can clear its entries by selecting the 'Clear Menu' option at the end of it. I guess you probably did that just now.

Anyway, glad to hear you sorted it out Smiley
