I have a problem with the 1.7.2 version. When you download from an FTP directory, the program will download one file from the directory and then writes "Server Busy - Waiting for retry. Nothing further happens when you delete a file from the queue, unsubscribe, and re-sign, I can not connect because the program reports "Server refused connection - waiting for retry". Advice anyone?

The server you're connecting to is very restrictive on the number of simultaneous connections.
Go to the Preferences, select the Transfer tab, then enter 1 into the Max connections per server box, then click Save
