Where is the delete button/icon?

I've loved yummy ftp. unfortunately, i can' find a delete button for removing files on server or locally. this seems kind of clunky. also, it deleted everyone of my bookmarks - a big pain...

Yummy doesn't' delete all your Bookmarks. If that were true I'd have a lot of very unhappy support emails, and I don't.

The Trash icon is at the bottom right of the FTP Browser window. Drag your items there, or click the Trash icon while items are selected.

Re: the Bookmarks thing... are you talking about the Recent Connections menu?

The Recent Connections menu is like Recent Folders is the Finder's Go menu. It's just a list of places you've been, not your actual Bookmarks. Your Bookmarks are listed in the Bookmarks menu.

I do have a bug report about the Recent Connections menu becoming empty unexpectedly. It should clear by quitting and restarting Yummy.

Or just Command-Delete to delete selected files or folders, just like the Finder.

That's it. I was asking for delete or trash can to delete files definitely NOT bookmarks... Thanks!!!

Ummm... but you specifically stated in your original post that "it deleted every one of my bookmarks" hence my response.

So, I'm not clear what your statement meant then. I'll re-state : Yummy doesn't just delete Bookmarks on its own, which is what you were inferring. You can delete them, but you must specifically do so, and even then Yummy warns if you're sure you want to do that.

Anyway, glad to hear you found the Trash can icon
