This was posted 2 years ago by another user. The left pane = local setting is opposite of other programs (Dreamwaever). Makes for an uncomfortable session, as my brain is yelling "No! No! No!" each time I transfer.
Can we add a left/right switch?

It's on my list for v2.0, but unlikely for the current version I'm afraid.
It might have been added before if there was more demand for such a feature.
