how to move bookmarks

I have just wiped my machine for an OS upgrade, and am manually restoring apps from a clone of my old drive... how do I get the Yummy FTP bookmarks from my old drive to come up in the Yummy FTP on my new setup? I looked in the `/Library/Application Support/Yummy FTP... but it was just full of icon files.

Try /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Yummy FTP/Bookmarks
