I know I've been bugging you since back in 2007 but has there been any progress made with tabs or version 2.0 :)

Tabs are coming in v2 but progress on developing the new UI (and background code to support it) is proving more difficult than I imagined and is therefore slow.  I will get there eventually, I promise!

I'll second this request. It'd be very helpful in reducing the clutter of having a billion windows open at the same time...which I tend to do.
