I need to to a backup to format the mac ... where are site and pref saved?

As per my title, I need to clean my computer and I want to save all the information regarding the software before proceeding.

I have had a look in the ~/Library/Application Support, but there is not any folder for Yummy.

Where have these information saved?

From the FAQ:

Mac HD -> Users -> yourname -> Library -> Preferences -> Yummy FTP -> Bookmarks
Mac HD -> Users -> yourname -> Library -> Preferences -> Yummy FTP -> Item Information Database
Mac HD -> Users -> yourname -> Library -> Preferences -> com.yummysoftware.yummy-ftp.plist

Note that from v1.8.5 the default location for the Yummy FTP folder has moved to Application Support from Preferences. If the old location is present that will take precedence for backward compatibility, however.
