Make encoding method sticky

I notice that the selected encoding method for uploads is not sticky. I need to use binary all the time but if I exit YummyFTP then re-run it, it always comes back as automatic. Any chance this could me made sticky, or alternatively make the default encoding method selectable in the preferences?

Save your connection as a Bookmark, then the selection will stick to the Bookmark.
