Default New Folder Permissions

Hiya,

So I see in Preferences where I can set what permissions I would like when I create a new file. However, when I create a new folder - the permissions are different. Is this saved in Yummy somewhere, or is this an operating system setting?

There's no setting for folders, sorry. The permissions that are set are governed by the enclosing folder's permissions settings, and those are set by the server not Yummy.
