Clear "New Connection" info
« on: March 26, 2012, 05:55:01 PM »
For some reason YummyFTP is retaining the first server and username fields I entered into the "New Connection" window.

I've tried entering in different info, connecting, closing, quitting, restarting but the old info still appears. I also clicked the Apple network icon (to the right of username) and selected "Clear Menu" but the old info persists.

How can I clear the "New Connection" info?

This is a new feature added quite recently. The last entered connection info is always remembered. But it sounds like yours has got stuck... not sure why that would happen and I have no other similar reports.

There isn't a way to clear the info via the user interface, so instead you'll have to remove the file that the info is stored in :

Quit Yummy
Locate the file DefaultBookmark in

Mac HD -> Users -> Library -> Application Support -> Yummy FTP

Thanks JD - that did the trick.

If others run into this, the file to be deleted is located here:

~/Library/Application Support/Yummy FTP/DefaultBookmark
