Hi, I had only one reason to buy Yummy - ftp wacher. I bought Yummy in Apple Story..... and can't use wacher. What can I do now? Buy on the site yummy ones more?

As described in the forum when Yummy FTP was added to the Mac App Store, the FTP Watcher and FTP Alias functionality is not included in the App Store version. This is one reason that it costs $10 on the Mac App Store and $28 from my own website - the regular version includes both. See the link below for details:

This is why the description on the Mac App Store makes no mention of these two large features, otherwise they would of course be very prominently displayed.

Now I have watcher v2.0. Good! What is "Pause/resume individual watchers" and where is it? How can I say: start only by changes in folder on the mac? Now check watcher every time my date and date on ftp. I want to start the process only if I add date in mac and also with little pause... For example: I add date in 10 min, in 11 min, in 14 min and after in 20 days. In this case today with v 2.0 I have 20 days process with every minute work....

You can Pause/Resume each watcher you have defined by selecting it in the list shown and then right click -> select Pause/Resume

I can't understand what you are asking in your remaining questions, sorry. Could you please simplify the questions?
