9999 File Limit

Is there a way to override this file limit or to get all the files in in a folder in batches?

Any limit is enforced by your server, not Yummy : it is completely unlimited.

Contact your web hosting provider for further info.

How are you coming across this limit anyways?

Ah ok cool - trying to download a folder of user uploaded photos for a web app, only retrieves 9999 at a time.

Do you have 'Use LIST -R' enabled in your Bookmark?

If so that tells the server to send recursive directory listings. While this speeds up multi-directory transfers significantly, some servers (eg PureFTPd) have this limit.

In the next update Yummy automatically takes care of such a limit and automatically disables recursive listings for that transfer.

It is not enabled - I'm just going to SSH into the box and tar the folder - I originally though there were only 10k files in the folder (due to the hosts file limit display) .. I was wrong.. by about a factor of 10.

Wow that's craptastic! I never heard of such a limit without recursive listings enabled.

Can I see a transcript from the session?

The transcript window doesn't show anything except a file list - it doesn't scroll far enough to display the original command to list the files.  It only displays 3268 lines.
