File transfer as empty

Newbie here

I have set up Yummy ok but when I transfer an htm file, it ends up on my web site as empty. A blank screen shows when I subsequently type the URL in my browser.

What am I doing wrong please?

As I responded via email, this might happen if there is no space left on your server, or you've chosen an incorrect encoding for the file (e.g. MacBinary instead of Automatic).

Please repeat the upload then select Save FTP Transcript from the File menu and send me (support@yummysoftware.com) the resulting file. This should show me what is going on.
