Sub Directories
« on: September 18, 2013, 11:45:28 AM »
Maybe I am just being thick but I cannot drag and drop a folder and get all the sub directories from the server to my MAC. I only get the parent directory. Its going to take me a long time to hand select every folder in the complex directory structures on the server. Can someone tell me what I am missing?

You should click on the folder's icon and drag it to the required folder on your Mac.

I know drag and drop is working and it's hard to understand how it could not be, so can you make a little movie showing what you're seeing?

Quick update ... It appears that some sub directories do download. I did several test and its always the same sub directories that download and the same that do not. Not aware of any file properties that would cause that.

Please contact me via email : support@yummysoftware.com and repeat the transfer, then select Save FTP Transcript from the File menu, and send me the resulting file. Also let me know which sub folders did not transfer that you expected to.
