Two active windows on restart

I have one bookmark that is set to auto-connect at startup. However, when I do a restart, three versions (all the same) open. I must  be missing something very simple.

I've moved your post from Yummy FTP Watcher, to Yummy FTP - I assume its the latter you're referring to.

Which version of Yummy are you using? I noted in an earlier version that OSX's auto-resume windows feature became broken in this way so I disabled support for it in newer versions. If you use v1.9.2 I wouldn't expect to see this problem.
