Disable default bookmark in 1.9.3?
« on: July 23, 2014, 12:10:26 PM »
Is there a way to disable the Default bookmark or New Connection window at startup?
This was ok until v1.9.3 ...
I almost always start Yummy via a Bookmark. The default bookmark used to just dismiss itself or leave a small New Connection window in the background that I could ignore. Now it often pops up with a full file window in the foreground (mostly it seems when there is a drop down pane for a password or an info message in the bookmark started connection window). Strangely, the background window usually has focus, so you have to select the Default Bookmark window in the foreground before you can cancel the window.
I've tried deleting the Default Bookmark, but same behavior.

Un-check the 'Automatically show New Connection window' option in the Interface panel of the Preferences.

The change of auto-hiding behaviour is noted. I'll get that fixed up ;)

There it is ... under "Interface > General", not "Obscure > Interface".
Still getting used to the new preferences.
Yummy Yummy.

:)

The auto-hide behaviour of the (new) New Connection window has been restored in 1.9.4. Coming soon...
