Renaming then opening quickly causes a 'stat' operation failure

When you rename a remote file and then immediately open it for editing (Cmd-E, or Return if you have Return switched to that mode), Yummy apparently tries to open the file before the rename has finished resulting in an error. Even trying 'Retry' several times doesn't work, as presumably the open has gotten ahead of the rename/refresh in the queue.

What's happened is that the Edit operation has got into the queue before the listing update is retrieved from the server. I could make listing updates higher priority than any other event, but I'm not sure what the side effects might be... I'll test it out and see.

For what it's worth, I tried the same with Transmit and Interarchy and although these did not produce an error, they ended up with the renamed file on the server and a file being edited - with the original name. Clearly, this is a problem area for others too

I think I'd rather have the error!

It's not a huge problem but it occurs from time to time -- I'm just a bit fast on the draw. If you can fix it all the better for Yummy! Thanks.
