When I open a connection via sftp, files are displayed correctly in the host directory, but folders are not. They are displayed as blank files. I can open these directories and see what's in them, but in some, subfolders don't even display. If I try to copy those folders to my local machine, the folder doesn't transfer, only what appears to be a bookmark to that folder. Any ideas?

Bizarre! Nobody else has reported such a problem, so I suppose it must be specific to your server:
What type of SFTP server are you connected to?
Please post a transcript showing a directory listing which has the problematic sub folders.
If there's any chance that I can connect to the server, please send me the details via email - I will be able to fix the problem very quickly this way: support at yummysoftware dot com
