Built in WHOIS feature

I would like to see a built in whois feature.
Something that would speed up the process of looking up ip addresses.
You guys seem more creative than most and I am sure you could come up
with something really unique.
Good job with the software. It's the best FTP software I used yet.

While I'm happy to receive suggestions (and praise, thanks! ), quite honestly I think it's a bad idea to add this type of functionality when there is already the free Network Utility application provided by Apple and installed by default - it gives you a very comprehensive whois feature, amongst other things.
