Can't connect to my job through Yummy using SFTP and VPN

When I try to connect to my companies server from home using VPN and SFTP, Yummy logs me in and just hangs. In the status window at the bottom it just says, Fetching file/folder listing. I have no problem connecting to my files in Dreamweaver, only in Yummy. Can somone help me figure this one out?

Are you sure you're using SFTP? This sounds like an FTP connection with a Passive vs Active connection issue.

Select 'Show FTP Transcript' from the View menu, then copy and paste the last dozen or so lines here. This will show what's going on

I backed up one directory to the root directory and can see all the files in the transcript window now but it still doesn't list them in the window pane.

Try disabling the 'Resolve symlinks' checkbox in the Server Options panel of the Preferences, then reconnect.

Works now thanks. Just one more question. I know I can set perms through Yummy but can I change groups?

Ok - for some reason your server was choking when Yummy asked it to resolve the symlinks. It shouldn't...

Yes, you can set Users and Groups within the Info window. This is only available for SFTP
