How to set Mac Lion up as FTP server

I hate to show my ignorance, but Lion seems to have changed/removed/hidden how to set up FTP.
I know this is not a Yummy Software issue per se, but I can no longer figure out how to access my remote mac with the Yummy FTP software.
Is there something obvious that someone could share?
