Is it possible to set global favorites for all accounts? I've got several directories i need very often for all ftp-accounts - e.g. a directory where the actual Wordpress-Version resides on the local network. It would be great to be able to save it as a favorite for all Accounts.

No, there is not such a feature.
However, you could use the History dropdown menu from the Toolbar (the icon with the clock in it) to visit folders you've previously visited. Assuming you've visited those Wordpress folders before then they will appear in your History menu.
