I'm sending image files from location to my imac at home which I am then using multiple yummy watchers to send to multiple editorial sources at the same time. Unfortunately as the number of images I send through stacks up so does the number of connections to the 8 or so addresses I send to. Eventually once 5 or 6 images have been sent through (one at a time as am sending via 3G network) there are potentially 48 connections open on the desktop all of which are running super slow or stalling. Is there a way of limiting it to 1 connection per server and queing the incoming images behind the one being sent to each address? I've tried changing the preference server connections limiter which doesn't seem to do anything.
There is probably something really simple I'm missing but I need someone to point it out

Thanks
Dan
