For the past couple of days I've been trying out every SFTP client on the Mac after experiencing some problems with CyberDuck. It seems Yummy FTP is the most feature complete one of them all, but it's still missing a couple of things:
1) If you do a Get Info on a group of files/folders with different permissions, they all change to 000. The best way to do this is the way Fetch does it, where the permissions that are different between files are marked with a minus sign, and you can change one of the other permissions WITHOUT changing the permissions you don't explicitly change. For example, I often like to make everything in a folder unwritable, and if the files in the folder have multiple permissions, the ONLY thing I want changed is the permission I change myself (i.e. deselecting the write permissions in this case).
2) The ability to create symlinks on the server. It seems only the ancient MacSFTP can do this, but it is VERY useful.
