Is there a way to have an option to set a local timezine so that when connecting to remote servers in other time zones it could offset the dates to reflect the correct time?

Yes, look in your Bookmark settings - there is a pane named 'Time Zone'. There is even a setting there that sets Yummy to automatically detect the time zone. The dates/times in the server listing will be adjusted by the time difference to make it appear that the server is in the same time zone as you.

That is awesome! I was always looking under the main program prefs for an Automatic Time Zone setting, I never new about the bookmark prefs, way cool.
Thanks, Nick

That works really well for bookmarks, but how do I edit the settings for an FTP Alias? Do I have to recreate them? I have about 20.
Thanks!

No problem. Open the Bookmarks Viewer window by selecting 'Show All Bookmarks' from the Bookmarks menu. Then click the Edit toolbar icon - you will be shown a file chooser window and you can navigate to and select one of your FTP Aliases. Now you can adjust the Bookmark which is embedded within the FTP Alias. Repeat this for all your FTP Aliases.
