Can filters be applied to specific transfers or bookmarks? For example, in one of my web sites I want to exclude a directory named "gallery" while transferring files but in another site I would like to include that directory while transferring files...

Filters are applied on a per-Bookmark basis, so as long as you set up separate Bookmarks you should be fine.

I'm mostly interested in using filters with synchronized directories so hopefully that means if I have a bookmark to a sync'd directory then the filters will work. I'll do some testing.
