download hidden files

Yesterday I bought a licence of Yummy FTP. However, I encounter a very strange problem.
I enabled the option to display hidden files. However, when I download a complete web repository all .htaccess files in subfolders are not downloaded. How can I solve this problem?

Enable 'Include invisible files in transfers' checkbox in the Transfers panel of the Preferences
