Thanks for the quick reply. I turned that off. Any easy way or prefs hack to make all of them the same?
Thanks!
BTW, I evaluated a LOT of FTP clients before purchasing and Yummy won hands down.

Please, release this beta, as it takes ages here to compare files (a CMS with about... hum... 4GB in more than 105.000 files).
Also, i'm wondering how the auto time offset is working? If i enable it, it always synchronize the whole site, whereas if i set a manual offset, it's okay (except for the CPU load and time it takes).
Anyway, keep up the good work!
Bye.

in 1.5.2
if you rename a folder on the server side and enter the folder and attempt to click on a folder in that folder, you get a message from the server saying No such file or Directory and reports a path using the old name
and the toggle above the directory shows the old name while the directory shows the new name
Refresh or disconnecting/reconnecting or moving up and odwn the folder hierarchy does not fix this
the only thing that fixes this is to quit Yummy and restart it.
then it starts using the new name.

You have most likely enabled the 'Independent window settings' option in the Interface tab of the Preferences - it is not enabled by default.
When enabled, this allows each Bookmark retains its own settings for the toolbar configuration, window position, size, etc.
When disabled, a single toolbar configuration is used for all FTP Browser windows.
Thanks!

How do I get a consistent tool bar across all bookmarks/windows? That's driving me nuts. I don't want to have to customize the tool bar every time I create a new bookmark.
Thanks.
Great product BTW.

Yes, that's where it originated. Apple have copied it.

Doesn't the Evil OS do this... a copy operation on a file can then be "copied" to another directory with a "paste" operation?

Yes and no. The host provider should have their own daily back up that saves the entire drive for multiple customers. Typically, there is a sort of backup function that provides only for you inadvertantly deleting files on the server that you don't mirror locally.
However, the downside is that this "backup" also takes up part of you disk space allocation.
FWIW, I have an absolute local mirror of everything on my server AND that is also part of my local backup.
