Hi, it appears that orphaned items aren't always removed from folders within folders in an update. I haven't had a chance to test this extensively, I've just recently cleaned up a few stragglers I'm not sure they were leftovers from a mac to server update or vice versa but after a few syncs either way they wound up back in both places. I'll post back if I learn anything. Human error has not been entirely ruled out
