I know I've been bugging you since back in 2007 but has there been any progress made with tabs or version 2.0

Tabs are coming in v2 but progress on developing the new UI (and background code to support it) is proving more difficult than I imagined and is therefore slow.  I will get there eventually, I promise!

I'll second this request. It'd be very helpful in reducing the clutter of having a billion windows open at the same time...which I tend to do.

I just started using Yummy FTP and noticed really quick I can’t find tabs.

Since this request is from 2011 and Yummy FTP is still not v. 2 I guess there are no tabs? Right?
Feels like Internet Explorer … they thought »we don’t need« tabs too :-)

Yup, there's a number of reasons this got left behind and no v2 (as well as WebDAV and S3) some technical some personal and even some political. But as you can see, I'm making headway - I added WebDAV/S just recently and I'm working on S3 right now, so you can guess that I have plans to get tabs done too.
