Pretty sure it's on the list. My guess is that it might be in a 1.6 release, although JD could follow Redmond and version it as 7.0 (i.e. whatever number is at least 2 digits higher than the competition).

Yummy FTP / Problems & Bugs / Incorrect Error Message
|

Was trying to u/l a folder and a file to my web site using an ftp alias. I kept getting this very odd error message:
Message from the Server:
Yummy FTP could not find the remote directory to send your upload Ensure the destination directory exists and try again
First, I doubt the server really is telling me about something Yummy was having issues with... including that it WAS Yummy! Funny, I've used this alias before and never had any issues with it.
When I simply double clicked on it, I got a "Login incorrect" message. Now THAT was useful, because I DID then remember something about my hosting outfit forcing a change in passwords. PLUS I remembered fussing around to have passwords come from my keychain. So I opened the alias and saw dots for the password. Wiped it out and bingo, no more totally incorrect error message, and it IS now working correctly.
Of course, I could also hunt up the string resource and replace it with "I screwed up, I have NO idea how or why, go ask Jason."

Hey those vacation pictures look AWESOME, you should let other fans of yours have a look!
OMGoodness, DualBrowse went in one ear and out the other. Doesn't appear that the button is there by default, I had to go and add it. Very cool thing, how did I miss it? BTW, it not only works when double clicking a folder, but use the down arrow in one window and it happens in the other! AND all of the contents don't have to match, I have several folders in my "local" copy of my website that I do not put on the server.
Are you unique with this? If so, I'd market the hell out of it!

Yummy FTP / Feedback & Suggestions / Re: Custom sounds for transfer completion, etc.?

All of the "sounds" in that folder are the "system alerts" collection. However, aiff files can be placed in the users account and also accessible to setting system sounds. IF Yummy uses the standard OS mechanism, then wouldn't sounds be accessible from the users folder as well (by that I mean in ~/Library/Sounds/)?

If it's images, you'd be better off with simple image galleries posted to web space.
Do you have a web hosting deal? The value in such things are amazing... I have a domain, web space, e-mail with my own domain, and a bunch of other things for about 10 bucks/month. I have a very simple work-flow process that easily creates web photo galleries, that's how I give access to my images.

FWIW, you can select a folder in the "local" pane, select a folder in the server pane and then hit to Synchronize button and these 2 folders will be synced. Even with the listings showing other folders... another used requested feature happily implemented by Our Guy!

Yummy FTP / Feedback & Suggestions / Re: Dreamhost users - some great news!

Yes and no. The host provider should have their own daily back up that saves the entire drive for multiple customers. Typically, there is a sort of backup function that provides only for you inadvertantly deleting files on the server that you don't mirror locally.
However, the downside is that this "backup" also takes up part of you disk space allocation.
FWIW, I have an absolute local mirror of everything on my server AND that is also part of my local backup.
